IIT is the best institute to pursue engineering. For automobile engineering, IIT-Chennai is the best option.

Yes, it is difficult but not impossible. To get the good knowledge of a subject in engineering, you should pursue B.Tech from IIT. Try to qualify JEE Advanced exam for the same.
