Which is the best college for B.Sc in agriculture in North India?

I suggest if you want good education and friendly environment then your choice should be Quantum university because here you can see students from all over India and also from Nepal. Here I am also the student of B.Sc. Hons. Agriculture course. My college has all the necessary infrastructure to make an easy going life with the weighted learning environment. Agriculture is to educate and train students in scientific methods to affect agricultural productivity in a sustainable way.
