Well among the top 10, I would suggest Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology followed by IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, Manipal Institute of Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, ACSCE Bangalore.

Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology followed by IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, also PEC Chandigarh is a decent option.
