Which is the best college for B.Tech among RV College, PES University and Reva University?

According to me, you should prefer PES University and RV College. Both are equally good. I don't have much knowledge about Reva University. -
R V College of Engineering & PES University are considered as top colleges of Bangalore.
RVCE is an autonomous college under VTU where as PES is a Private University.
REVA is an upcoming university which should be your second choice after RVCE & PES.
