Which is the best college for B.Tech CS with affordable fees?

There are many good colleges. It depends on the location where you want to go. In south India, there are so many colleges like VIT, SRM, Satyabama, Amrita university, Andhra university etc. In northern India colleges are like DU, JECRC, LMNIT, LPU, UPES, Amity university, SKIT and many more.
