IIT,NIT best... after that 1st u know that.... westbengle education totally bad.... my suggestion if possible go Bangalore...

If you not get IIT then you also go for wbjee in this their are many good colleges which provide best CSE program

The best engineering college in west Bengal is IIT KHARAGPUR then there are other options such that:
1. NIT Durgapur
2. Jadavpur University
3. IIIEst Sibpur etc. You can get admission through WBJEE and JEE Mains and ADVANCE for technical courses.
