    There is no matter of 12th percentage. Please go through by your jeemains rank. All the NITS are good for CSE.

    It depends on your score, with a 64% in 12th it's not possible to get any good school, for undergraduate, so I'll suggest you apply for a simple BCA/B.Sc and then give JAM/GATE/CNAT exams and get MCA/M.Sc there you board marks required will be 60 percentage only.
