Which is the best college for B.Tech in aerospace engineering? Is there any eligibility criteria for BPL students?

IIT, Powai is the best institute for doing aeronautical engineering. Reservation in IITs is based on standard Government of India reservation policy. There is no reservation for BPL students. If you are not in a position to support your education, you may evaluate doing B.Tech in aeronautical engine
