Seems like you didn't appear for JEE. Well, without that and with 75% you can try for Punjab University or private colleges to pursue your desired course.

Okay. So, in Delhi, the colleges/universities you can go for are Galgotia's Group of Engineering & Technology (GCET), Sharda University, Amity School of Engineering Technology, MGMs College of Engineering & Technology - Noida, Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Technology.
