Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies affiliated to Delhi University is India's best college for BBA degree. Placement of its graduates is better then some of the Tier II and Tier III B-Schools MBA graduates. Admission is based on entrance examination conducted by Delhi University.

You can do any BBA from Government college. You may plan to do MBA from prestigious colleges like IIM.
