Delhi University is the best option to pursue BBA.
You can also look for other universities like:
1. Symbiosis – Pune.
2. Loyola – Chennai.
3. Xaviers – Kolkata.
4. NMIMS - Mumbai.
5. Christ University – Bangalore.
6. DAVV - Indore.

Yes, it's a good institute as I have read good reviews about it regarding semester system, hostel and other infrastructure facilities. You can think on this.
