Jamia Milia Islamia in Delhi is considered one of the best college for mass communication, but I don't know if it is affiliated to DU or not.

As per your question, go for:
1. I. P. College for Women (top priority)
2. Lady Shri Ram College for Women
3. Maharaja Agrasen College
4. Kamla Nehru College
5. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce
If you want to try a college other than DU, then go for Jamia. It is a wonderful university but admission is not at all easy.
