Which is the best college for civil engineering in Mumbai? I got 68 marks in CET and I am from OBC category.

I don't know about Mumbai but I am aware about Punjab which is having Lovely Professional University. Placement: 19.75 LPA (Sobha Realty) was the highest salary package last year.
