CS means company secretary and if you wanna do CS then you should take admission in CS institute and then start your study accordingly their teachers. -
There is no college for company secretary. A Company Secretary course is done under one institute name and that is Institute of Company Secretary. You can do CS from any city because most of the cities have an office of the institute. -

Company secretaryship is not studied in a college, but it is a course done after getting registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
It is a pan India institute with branches across the country where you can go, enquire and proceed with the course.
You need to register there and then take the exams as it comes.
You might require at some stage, the need of getting classes for some subjects for which you need to enquire accordingly.
