I have got 36000 rank in UPSEE and 19755 rank in IPU- CET. I have completed my schooling from UP and want to take up computer science engineering.

Check the cut-off for UPSEE and IPU-CET to know the type of college you are going to get.
If you don't get a good college, then in my opinion, you should try for admission in LPU. My cousin is studying there doing B.Tech CSE. The university is breath-taking. The faculty is quite learned and helpful. The good thing about his university is that they give him some special classes for placements.
His seniors have been placed in good companies like Adobe, Amazon, etc. this year.
