The best college for CSE is IT Delhi if you consider in India. The placement record is one of the best among IITs and the faculties are outstanding. Apart from that if you are considering abroad then MIT (U.S.A.) is the best college for CSE in the world. -

Check the cut-off for UPSEE and IPU-CET to know the type of college you are going to get.
If you don't get a good college, then in my opinion, you should try for admission in LPU. My cousin is studying there doing B.Tech CSE. The university is breath-taking. The faculty is quite learned and helpful. The good thing about his university is that they give him some special classes for placements.
His seniors have been placed in good companies like Adobe, Amazon, etc. this year.
