Congratulations on getting an awesome rank. The best college you will get for CSE is MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, however, there are chances that you will not get it in the 1st round, so wait for the 2nd round. Also, you can go for PES-Bangalore, BMS College of Engineering & Technology, BIT-B
