    Both courses have their own values. I will suggest you to join Chandigarh university. The university is ranked 7th in Top 25 Young Universities of India. It is ranked 10th among Top 50 Private State Universities in the country. CU is the first university in India to hold Limca Book of Records for the highest No. Of Companies in one academic year.     Yes, Chandigarh University isa good option to pursue among CSE or mechanical branch among Chandigarh University and ICFAI, Dehradun. It has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies visited campus this year.
