Which is the best college for ECE or electrical branch among IIIT-Allahabad, MNIT-Allahabad, DTU and NSIT and why?

I've got an OBC rank of 1998 and my final aim is to go for UPSC.

Hi, If you are aiming for UPSC then I would suggest you to opt for DTU as ECE/EE branch in DTU is an evergreen branch with an overwhelming response from its students in innovation/placement. Also, you will get sufficient time to prepare for UPSC.
