1. IIT Bombay
2. BITS Pilani
3. NIT

Hello Pritam,
The best college for engineering is IIT. You need to clear both JEE Mains and advanced exam to get it .
After that, BITS Pilani, VIT University, Manipal University, Amrita University and SRM University are good for engineering. For these colleges you need to write their respective exams.
BITS, Mesra is good. You need to have a good score in JEE MAIN for to get admission here. Then, is Sastra University, to get an admission here, you should have either got 90% in board exams with a good JEE main score or a 95% and above in board exams.
