Dear, From all IITs & NITs - NIT Trichi is the only representative NIT which is offering M.Sc. Computer Science. Other branded Institutes are Pondicherry University, Chennai Mathematical Institute etc. Which are offering this course. All the best.

Best college in respect of what? And there is few more things also matters. Like fees, distance from home etc. You should have mention the points you want to look out. I am suggesting some Grade A colleges in India in respect of placement, faculty, infrastructure and build up of a student. No IIT of
