If you are looking for an MBA college in Bangalore with the best placements then undoubtedly it would be AIMS IBS. The college has got excellent placement records. AIMS is the perfect place to have career goals and achieve them. The college trains students well in advance before attending the campus interview. The Placement Cell plans many activities to help the students in improving their communication and technical skills. Through AIMS many students fulfilled their dreams of working in MNCs earning handsome salary. Compared to other colleges, AIMS offers better placements with excellent planning and guarantee. All the placement activities and recruitment drive are very well organized. The reason I chose to join AIMS IBS is also mainly because of placements. Many top companies like Airtel, Oracle, Vodafone, ICICI, Future Group visit our college every year to conduct placements. Our Placement Cells trains all the students on all the rounds conducted by the companies. During my first year I was an introvert and never spoke to anyone much in the college. I was also not confident in giving presentations in the class. But big thanks to my Placement Cell, they have conducted many sessions on communication skills and other activities that helped me in becoming confident. By the time when college placements were going on I became an extrovert and was able to express my ideas confidently. I could SEE a drastic change in myself from the day I have joined the college and by the time I completed my education with flying colours and getting placed one of the top MNCs.
