Why to go somewhere ! If LPU is there in Punjab. I would say that LPU would be best place for that as I have done my MBA from here only. The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA.

Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management studies Mumbai in my view is perhaps the best option to do MBA in any stream (finance too). On any parameters, it stands out from others, if not, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management studies then you can even try other premier institutes like Welingkar, SP Jain, Chetana, etc. , for finance specialisation.

One of the top ten Business schools in India. Best in Mumbai. Less seats, decent placements. Fees is 1/10th of big IIMs (INR 2 lacs).
