best college in India for MBA in Hr is XLRI jamshedpur
Firstly, they have a specialized course for HR which IIMs do not have. (Only very recently IIM Ranchi started one) XLRI is the oldest college in India with a specialized course in HR.
XLRI has a very good reputation and also many top level HRs

about placement of XLRI is 100% an have packages up to 16to17 Lakhs per annum
