I have completed m y graduation but waiting for my final year results which will be declared by 5th September.

    No colleges assure 100% placements. Most of them boast by using the term placements. It is up to you and your skills. If you study MBA, be focused on to make it useful, not for just passing it. Placements relies upon our attitude and skills that the company expect from us. For all improve your communication skills.
    But colleges like IIM, all students get placed because it is a top most Institute and only best students get admission there.
