Which is the best college for MBA or PGDHRM after 12+3 years diploma in Pune? I am a working professional.

Since you are a working professional, you can do executive MBA which is of one year. There are colleges like Balaji Institute of HRD, Symbiosis, Pune University etc. which provide MBA or PG Diploma in HR.

Since you have done diploma after your 10+2, you might not get admission for MBA for PG Diploma programmes in HR because every Masters and PG Diploma course's prerequisite is having a Bachelors degree.
