MCA is more focused towards practical implementation of various computing aspects such as programming, databases, networking, web development etc. The eligibility for the course is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or B.A. Or B.Com or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics as one of the subjects at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent. In case a student has not studied computer as a subject in graduation, then he/she shall have to go through bridge/ additional courses (subjects) which may be scheduled before the commencement of classes or along with the regular classes.
