If you are gen then you will not get NIT, IIT but you can get GFTI. If you are OBC then you can get GFTI electrical branch.

Sorry to say but you will not get seats in any NITs with this rank, not even north-eastern NITs. But, you are eligible for some lower branches in GFTIs.
