Which is the best college for PGDM among FIIB and EMPI?

As I am the student of FIIB, I cannot give you what exactly does EMPI offers, I can give you details of my college. Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB) offers 2 years full time PGMD approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Equivalence of PGDM to MBA by Association of Indian University (AIU).
