Which is the best college for pursuing hotel management course, SRM or LPU?

Hi, Every college has its pros and cons. So, it is up to you to choose your college and course wisely. SRM’s hotel management course’s fees is way too high as compared to that of LPU. Infrastructure wise also LPU is lot better and provides great exposure and platform for its students. Placement is near about same for both the colleges and both give placement to the qualified students. Faculty of LPU is quite helpful and determined in shaping the child’s future. Overall, LPU has an upper hand.

The focus of entertaining is impressing others The focus of true hospitality is serving others Being an alumni of LPU. I have couple of friends in the HOTEL MANAGEMENT. So I must say that LPU would be the best option for pursuing the course for HOTEL MANAGEMENT. As university possess a hotel which not only give practical exposure but also the real time ELIGIBILITY :Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants) Many reputed companies in this field had visited for the placements drive - Viral International, Jaypee Residency Hotel, Qatar Airways, Air Vistara, P and O Cruise (USA), Al Thiqarestaurant Co (Kuwait), Hyatt (USA), Wolf Great Resort (USA), Jubilant (Dominos), Sapphire Foods (KFC), The Grand (New Delhi), The Leela, Zuri Whitefield, Courtyard Marriot, ITC Hotels, Radisson Blu, The Oberoi Cecil etc. It is the best private university with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities, and highly qualified faculty in India. One of my friend's brother is also studying there in Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology BHMCT ) Let me share few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU : Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. University-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gazettes. We have few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage.
