Which is the best college for software engineering in Gujarat or Cochin?

If you want to take admission in Gujarat, I should inform you that there are no specific colleges for software engineering but for computer engineering (B.Tech degree) there are some colleges like Nirma, DDIT, LD and MS Universities.
