Which is the best college in Bangalore to pursue PGDM?

There are many colleges in Bangalore, but it doesn't mean PGDM had more preference than MBA, so you can go for any better colleges in Bangalore, there are many. But don't get attracted seeing their prospectus and the salary of past students in prospectus, that's all only for advertising. So, be smart in selecting a good college. -
The colleges through MAT are not so good, so I would suggest you to prepare for CAT next time and get a good percentile in the same and try in some good colleges.
