There are lots of best colleges in India. Basically, IIT, IISC and NIT are the best colleges in India. So, you should prepare for JEE Mains and Advanced.

Hello,
No college is better than IIT and IISC. But test yourself where you are existing. Clear JEE Mains and Advanced exam for IIT. As per your rank choose IIT, IISC, NIT and a lot more colleges which are good for ECE.
