Dear,
IIT-B, IIT-D, IIT-KGP, IIT-M, IIT-G and IIT-R are the most renowned institutions for pursuing B.Tech in India.

Hello Vishal,
Without any doubt, IIT's are the best in the country. Some may not agree claiming that some private institutions like BIT's-Pilani & ICT-Mumbai are the best. But then it's subjective.
