You can go for an integrated MBA (BBA+MBA) course at IIM, Indore.

For MBA/PGDM from IIM, you need to appear for CAT and get a very high percentile to get into an IIM.
However, for purpose of integrated MBA at IIM Indore, there is a separate set of entrance exam and other procedures.
