    Being an alumni of LPU I believe that I can answer your query properly. LPU is one of the finest universities in India. The dept. Of Civil Engineering offers very dynamic study content. It not only focuses on teaching concepts of civil engineering but also lays stress on practical application of the principles and theories. Being more interested in structural engineering I personally found the content of courses like, Design of Structures, Bridge design, Fluid Mechanics designed in such an interesting way that you hardly find any other university working on syllabus enhancement to such an extent as LPU does.     Hi Abhishek,
    Honestly, none of the colleges/universities can be stated as the best but yes you can get a better college for engineering. I can suggest you a university from where my brother pursued his civil engineering, which is UTM Shillong.
    It is the campus of MIT Pune and is really good in its engineering programs. As this is my personal experience, I would suggest you to visit their website once and look out for their curriculum. They provide hands-on training, industry exposure, and an art laboratory space which helps you to get hands-on opportunities and become an expert in the field.
