It depends whether you want to do Bachelors in Hotel Management (BHM) or B.A in Culinary Arts.
If you want to do BHM go for IHM Mumbai or IHM Delhi (PUSA).
If you want to do B.A in culinary Arts then go for IHM Aurangabad or WGSHA.
