Which is the best college in Karnataka to pursue BE?

I scored 84% in Diploma in civil engineering.

    BMS (VTU based) but if you would tell which branch then it would be easy to guide you.

    1. NITK, Surathkal
    What's not good about NIT-K. From research to campus life to placements, everything is great. 10/10.
    2. RVCE, Bangalore.
    RVCE is better than most NITs. Great placements, good fest and is known for its E-Cell. 8/10.
    3. PESU -Main Campus.
    As good as RVCE. It is better known for its Hackathon culture. 8/10 again. Departments like EC and mechanical aren't as good as RV's.
    4. MIT, Manipal.
    It has a 2 years abroad option for BE, great placements, reputed, great campus life, many departments to choose from.
    5. BMSCE, Bangalore.
    As good as PESU but for placements. Great R&D facilities in core branches. Great crowd. You're free to do
