IIT-Madras is the best option to pursue B.Tech in Tamil Nadu.

There are many colleges in Tamil Nadu for engineering but if you tell me your choice of branch, I will suggest you a better college. By the way, MIT Chennai, Veltech Chennai, Satyabhama, Jeppier, etc. are the good ones.
