Dear Saurabh Tripathi,
I do not know about IPE Hyderabad, However, w.e.r M S Ramaiah Institute of Management, more than 100 companies have been visiting the campus in the last four years with an average package of above 4 lakhs this year. The ROI is definitely good. Do check with students who have passed out of the Institute. All the Best to you. -
IPE-Hyderabad is a better option. -

Prefer IPE Hyderabad as first priority and second priority M S Ramaiah based on their last year placements and companies. IPE got a number of companies than M S Ramaiah. All the best.
