Hi,
Some of the best universities in USA for computer science are:
MIT
Cal Tech
Georgia Tech
UC Berkeley
Carnegie Mellon
UPenn
UCLA
UT Austin and so on.
Check if they accept three year Bachelor's degree, most of them do not.
