Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology is good for BCA. It is one of the best options in IPU. MSI is better than VIPS. MSI offers good placement records as companies visiting here are more in numbers. Secondary factors which make it good are infra, environment and distance from your home. And I

Hi, I will recommend you Maharaja Surajmal, Janakpuri. As per the IPU rankings and lots of google searches. It beats VIPS which is at 2nd position for pursuing BCA. But at last, all that matters is which college is close to your residence because 75% attendance is must in IPU. Best of luck.
