jadavpur university,BESU,WBUT ,IIT KGP,IIT DELHI ,IISc BANGALORE ,IIT KANPUR AND OTHER ALL IIT IN INDIA,AMITY UNIVERSITY,NIIT,ALL NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IN INDIA.

Hi Spreha See for ME you will not find a place better than NIT kurukshetra. It is one of the best universities that have excelent infrastructure for ME. But for CIVIL you can go for IIT's or Anna University, Guindy Chennai National Institute of Technology, Trichy BITS Pilani, Pilani Jadavpur Univ
