Which is the best college or university in Canada to pursue MS in IT field?

I have heard that if I have more than 3 backlogs in my graduation, then it is not possible for me to pursue any course.

Hi Aditya, If you have taken a year to clear the backlogs, then there can be a problem. Canada does not accept gaps in education.
