Which is the best college or university in North India to pursue engineering?

There are various colleges in North India which fall under the category of good colleges, however, whenever there is a comparison IIT had an upper hand so IIT-Roorkee and IIT-BHU are great to go. Also, these are amongst the older IITs and have a huge impact on offered jobs as well.
