Which is the best college: Sri Vishnu for CSE or Gayathri for ECE?

Sri vishnu CSE is better, because it's a reputed college in Andhra Pradesh. Gayatri college from Visakhapatnam is the best college. Not just ECE, any branch in Gayatri college is better .R u talking about Visakhapatnam Gayatri or any other?
