Which is the best college that I can get for MBA? I am a B.Tech ME pass out (2017) with 73.6% (7.86 CGPA), 10thwith 81% & 12th with 71%.
I have no extra-curricular activities. Can you suggest some institutes and exams through which I can get admission there and the qualifying marks? What should I do to get into IIMs?

Your score is a decent one. You go through IIMs criteria on their notice boards. You'll have to register for CAT for any Elite MBA institute in India. Next, you can appear for your local CET for MBA for best colleges in your state. If your state college accepts any other national exam, then you may want to try for CMAT or MAT as well. it's relatively easier to score in those exams.
