Which is the best college that I can get for mining engineering with 5 marks in JEE Mains and 50-60% in HSC?

Do you really believe you can complete the course if you get admission? Reports say that majority of students who score around 50% and get admission have not been able to complete course. My advise is to look for some other profession. If you work hard then you can shine anywhere.
