Which is the best college that I can get with a cut-off of 194 for aeronautical engineering?

Hello Danish,
I am attaching a link that will give some idea about the cut-off of this college. However, from this year onwards, the criteria has changed. It's no more entrance exam but marks of 12th. Hence knowing cut-off of previous years will serve no purpose.
