Depends on kcet rank.if it is good government funded colleges are the best.because they have the best infrstructure and good faculty

Hi Rahul, RV, PES University, BMS College of Enigineering, MSRCE, Bangalore Institute of Technology, UVCE (Only if you are taking admission through KCET) & SMVIT are some of the best colleges in Bangalore to do Mechanical Engineering. All these colleges have placement ratio of about 70 to 100%. Also

I have heard about RV but you have not mentioned your score also. i think you should not be restricted by state boundaries only.
