Which is the best college to pursue B.Tech among Desh Bhagat University, Ryat Bhara, Gulzar group of institutes.

I have done +2 from PSEB and got 86% marks and only 38 marks in JEE Mains. I belong to a poor family.

Kashish, though Desh Bhagat and Rayat Bhara both are good, but seeing your percentage and reading about your financial condition, I would suggest that try for admission in another university in your state-Lovely Professional University. They are offering scholarship on marks in 12th and with your good marks you stand a chance of getting a good scholarship.
LPU is one of the best universities in the country with highly qualified, experienced faculty. Even the placements of the university are very good.
